0.0.38.148 pops up in safari address bar

When I open a new tab in Safari the address bar shows the Ip 0.0.38.148 and the page just sits there and vent goes to my new tab window which is Google. I see it's a geolocator address of some type. I don't why this has started happening. Perhaps I should if I change my home page that is not Google there would be a change....I'm going to try that.

Update, yes my home page was changed to that geolocator IP. I wonder how that happened, creepy.

cheers

Never heard this before, and have no idea.

However I would not think of it as "creepy"...maybe a glitch or an anomaly.
