Microsoft office 365 previously purchased, won't display all app data after redownloading it

I had purchased Microsoft office 365 in 2019 for my new iMac, but recently I erased all data on my iMac to try to fix running sluggish. After I reinstalled Word, Excell and Power Point, I noticed that they were missing all of the features and is asking me to got o Microsoft website to by it again. Why I can't continue to use previously bought office on iMac after I had purchased it?

Do I have to buy it from Microsoft or do I buy it at the Mac App Store? I can't purchase it at the Mac App store because it says I already purchased it, and I can download it again.

What to do?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

By erasing the drive, you also erased the small file it creates to remind itself the suite has been activated.

Since it's the same device, you should be able to enter the same MS user account name and password to activate it. Please post back if that doesn't work.
