My account is an individual account ?
I have registered as an individual for Apple Developer however, i want to use it for my website! is that ok? and if not, how can i convert it to the company? It is only me who manages this website?

I’m unclear what you’re asking about.
Enrollment in the Apple developer program is not related to websites.
The app store page is the app store page, and not a website.
Can you link from your website to the app store, for an app associated with a personal or an organizational Apple ID? Yes.
If you want to create a company Apple ID, acquire the DUNS for a legal entity (registered company, corporation, LLC, etc), and enroll the Apple ID in the program.
To convert an existing Apple ID from an individual to an organizational enrollment, contact Apple Developer Support. You’ll need a DUNS for the legal entity.
The checks are different for an organizational enrollment, and the organization name shows associated with the apps and not a personal Apple ID as shows with a personal enrollment.
