Receiving calls
Not receiving calls from a certain person. But I'm receiving texts. I can call and text them but when they try to call me it says call failed. My question,is it on their end or mine's ? I received calls from everyone else

Hmm, have the other person double check the number that they are using to call you. Have them manually type in your phone number from their keyboard:
If you can‘t make or receive calls on your iPhone
Also make sure that you have not inadvertently blocked their number:
Block phone numbers and contacts on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
