System data remains after factory reset

I have reset my iPad Pro 9.7 three times and the system data remains about 117GB on a 128GB available system. I have deleted all available apps, I turned off syncing, and don’t have any photos or music on the iPad. Photo attached with system data storage from third reset erasing all contents.

Is there a way to clear „System Data“ on iPad I have a very old iPad on me, i know that „System Data“ is reserved for the OS to work properly, but it got out of hand, on Mac you could easily clear all the System Data with two apps, but is it possible to be done on an iPad? I have tried to force restart and some other stuff too, but the System Data got even bigger, at the start of owning the iPad the System Data took up 6-8GB, which was reasonable, but now i noticed its 35,75GB. Its more than my all my iPad data combined with the software (Somewhere 24—25GB), so the actual data of the apps etc. takes only 40% or even less of the storage, this is ridiculous. If theres an app which could help me clear it please let me know, i can install it on my Mac, if theres no App Store app to do this job.

System data is ruining my device - how do I clear it out? I have a 7th generation iPad, and am trying to update it so I can use it for college this semester. I am currently still in iOS 15, and need to update to get new apps for notes and assignments. The update is about 5gb, which is a lot but I spent an hour clearing out space for it and I could not get more than 4gb of space. The main thing taking up my available 32 gb was system data, which sat at about 9gb. I tried shutting down and turning on my ipad, only to find system data jumping to 10.5gb! Then I saw apple suggest a forced reset, and when i did that it took up the rest of my storage and is now at 12.9gb. I have a total of about 10 extra apps left on my device, I have deleted photos and videos in messages, and every non essential thing only for my system data to keep. getting. bigger. What do I do?

System Data I have just set up a new iPad with 256GB storage from a backup from my previous 128GB iPad. I now have 180GB of system data and the storage is full. I’ve recommendations for clearing cache etc but to no avail. What can I try next?
