It sounds like you might be facing some compatibility issues between your new iPhone 15 Pro and your T-Mobile SIM card. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  1. Check SIM Compatibility: Ensure that your T-Mobile SIM card is compatible with the iPhone 15 Pro. Not all SIM cards are compatible with all phones, especially if the SIM card is very old or if the phone requires a specific type of SIM card.
  2. Reinsert the SIM card: Turn off the phone, remove the T-Mobile SIM card, and then reinsert it properly into the SIM card slot. Make sure it's inserted correctly and the tray is securely closed.
  3. Check for carrier settings updates: Sometimes, carrier settings updates can resolve compatibility issues. Go to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll be prompted to install it.
  4. Reset network settings: Resetting network settings on your iPhone can sometimes fix connectivity issues. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind this will erase Wi-Fi passwords and other network-related settings.
  5. Contact T-Mobile Support: If the issue persists, reach out to T-Mobile's customer support. They can help troubleshoot the problem and check if there are any specific settings needed for their network to work on your new iPhone.
  6. Check for iPhone compatibility: Ensure that your iPhone 15 Pro supports the necessary bands and frequencies used by T-Mobile for cellular connectivity. Sometimes, certain models of iPhones might not fully support all carriers.
  7. Swap SIM cards: If possible, try using a different SIM card from T-Mobile or another carrier in your iPhone to see if the issue is with the SIM card itself.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, T-Mobile's support team will likely have more specific steps or insights into the problem, especially if there's something specific about their network or settings required for their service to work on your new iPhone.

No, the problem is the phone is locked to a carrier other than TMobile. There is only one solution and it has already been provided. Nothing you've suggested will resolve the issue and it will all just waste time.
