Is "13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program" discontinued ?

Hi!. I bought a MacBook Pro (13-inch 2016 Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) back in 2017 in macOnline Chile. It always had small weird shadows in the low part of the display but did not annoyed me. About a year ago (may be more) my display started to disconnect (and turning completely black) if I opened to much and the front camera also did not work anymore. Since I needed my notebook to work , and since there is not an authorized support service in South of Chile where I live, I continued using it like this. It is very annoying now so I got to the point I really needed another notebook to work properly or urgently FIX this issue as my macbook Pro is still a good equipment. I just discovered that there is/was a special program for this issue as there is display failure in this specific model. I called Apple on Monday and I was confirmed I could still carry my macBook Pro 2016 to a authorized mac service center to fix this under the "13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program". I send my mac to Santiago on Tuesday for a service, but we have been told that the model is considered a VINTAGE and there are not spare parts for this and even my mac was eligible for the program , apple would not send the spare parts to replace !?!!! So what should I do then ?? Any suggestion?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.1

This is the program:

13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program - Apple Support

Under "Additional Information" is this:

The program covers eligible MacBook Pro models for 5 years after the first retail sale of the unit or 3 years from the start date of this program, whichever is longer.

The article does not clearly state a "start date of this program." You will need to ask Apple but they will not see your question in this user-to-user setting.
