Internet connection works fine with old computer but does connect with new computer. iMac 27" to iMac 24"
When trying to erase iMac 24" to start over I keep getting error code 7005. None of the requested IDs work

- Unplug Modem from its power source for 2-3 minutes and re-plug in.
- Unplug Router from its power source for 2-3 minutes and re-plug in.
- Restart Mac in Safe Mode and then restart normally and test
