At our home, which is not in a rural area, we use Verizon and Spectrum, My daughter and I both have an IPhone and we get terrible service, 1-2 bars, my calls drop and calls breakup but on the other hand, my husband has a Samsung with no problems. What is up with the IPhones?

Hello, it could be related to the iPhone models you have, and the Samsung model, and the type of connection coverage you have, if it's 5G and the iPhones are 4G it can be that are not comparing with a model that is 5G enabled, or maybe the 4G coverage is worse than the 5G in the area were you are using the phones.
My husband was thinking I might need a new phone but wont be happy if I get a new phone and I do t see improvement.
Surely a new phone is always an improvement because the technology is moving fast and they are built with new components
