Severe Battery drain issue After iOS 17.1.1 Update

I want to bring to attention a significant issue that i have been experiencing since updating to iOS 17.1.1 on my iPhone 13 Pro

The problem is a noticeable increase in battery drain since the update. Prior to the update, I could comfortably go through the day without needing to charge my phone. However, post-update, I find myself having to charge my iPhone several times a day, which is a considerable deviation from the previous battery performance.

other family members observed the same issue on their iPhones suggesting that this is not an isolated incident but a widespread concern.

I understand that software updates are meant to enhance the user experience, and I appreciate the continuous efforts to improve iOS. However, the sudden and significant decrease in battery life is impacting our daily use of the device.
