Why can I not use my password app when Apple ask me for my Apple ID before entering the os?

Why can I not use my password app when Apple ask me for my Apple ID before entering the os? Simple solution is to use your fingerprint or face scanner for that, but that is not possible for the Apple ID? Or ask for login after the user entered the OS. I think people are using simplified passwords for AppleID because of this. You can not use your password manager with strong passwords so you use a simple one. Not a good thing.

That wouldn't make any sense as your password app needs to be authenticated for access first using your device passcode. You should use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.

Exactly, so wait till the password manager is authenticated before asking to login with Apple ID, simple.
