iPhone 15 Pro Not Delivered

Hello,


I’m facing an issue with my iPhone 15 Pro, which was supposedly delivered via UberEats but never actually received. After contacting Apple, they informed me that the carrier completed their investigation and no further action would be taken by Apple. I’m without a phone and without clear next steps. Has anyone experienced something similar or have suggestions on how to address this?

If you charged this iPhone with a credit card, let Apple know that you will be following up with your credit card company who will likely start their own investigation and stop payment to Apple for the order you did not receive. Also, if by any chance you have Ring (or other) cameras, offer Apple access to those cameras to prove that no deliveries were made. I ran into this issue and my Ring cameras - on both doors - clearly showed there were no deliveries. My problem was resolved within a week. Good luck.

I’ve contacted Apple multiple times regarding my stolen order, but they haven’t resolved the issue. Following their lack of action, I reported the case to the police and provided them with all the necessary details about the theft. The officer handling my case advised me to contact Apple again to inquire about the status of my order, as he had already been in touch with them. When I called Apple, I spoke with several representatives before finally reaching a senior advisor. However, this advisor informed me that there was no record of the police contacting them. They suggested that I contact the courier or the store from which the order was shipped instead. I’m feeling helpless and suspect that they’re stalling so I’ll give up on the issue. Additionally, I’m currently not in the US, which complicates the situation. I would appreciate any advice or assistance on how to proceed.


Additionally, my bank rejected my claim for a refund because they received a rejection for the refund request. I also have video evidence, but I still can’t get a refund, replacement, or even locate the stolen iPhone, which has already been activated.
