I’ve contacted Apple multiple times regarding my stolen order, but they haven’t resolved the issue. Following their lack of action, I reported the case to the police and provided them with all the necessary details about the theft. The officer handling my case advised me to contact Apple again to inquire about the status of my order, as he had already been in touch with them. When I called Apple, I spoke with several representatives before finally reaching a senior advisor. However, this advisor informed me that there was no record of the police contacting them. They suggested that I contact the courier or the store from which the order was shipped instead. I’m feeling helpless and suspect that they’re stalling so I’ll give up on the issue. Additionally, I’m currently not in the US, which complicates the situation. I would appreciate any advice or assistance on how to proceed.
Additionally, my bank rejected my claim for a refund because they received a rejection for the refund request. I also have video evidence, but I still can’t get a refund, replacement, or even locate the stolen iPhone, which has already been activated.
