Saving WhatsApp photo to cameraroll

WhatsApp doesn‘t save the photos and videos that I receive automatically in cameraroll until i open the chat

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 17

This is a matter for WhatsApp help, check the settings of WhatsApp and toggle on Save to Camera Roll

I did of course

i just wonder if the is any setting has something to do with this. Maybe security settings in my iPhone that I deactivated which prevents automatically saving the media from WhatsApp or something like that
