Rimborso non approvato

Mi è successa una cosa incredibile. In un’app famosa che offre servizio VPN c’era lo sconto del black Friday del 50% sull’abbonamento annuale. Ho cliccato per abbonarmi, ma cliccando veloce mi sono reso conto che la Apple mi stava facendo pagare prezzo intero. Sono andato subito a fare richiesta di rimborso per ben 2 volte, ma non mi è stata accettata! Ho chiamato quindi per avere maggiori spiegazioni ma mi hanno detto che un server per delle clausole di non so che cosa, non avrebbe accettato il rimborso. Insomma credevo di essere protetto dalla Apple ma invece, non vi fidate, non mi fiderò più, sono veramente amareggiato.

Devo andare in fondo a questa storia, parlare con chi di dovere ma non ci riesco, ci sono sempre tutti servizi automatici che non riescono a capire il mio problema

I clicked to subscribe, but as I clicked quickly I realized that Apple was charging me full price. I immediately went to request a refund twice. but I was not accepted! I then called to get more explanations but they told me that a server, due to clauses of I don't know what, would not accept the refund. In short, I thought I was protected by Apple but instead, don't trust me, I won't trust you anymore, I'm really saddened.

I have to get to the bottom of this story, talk to the right people but I can't, there are always all automatic services that can't understand my problem.
