Can’t swipe to change face on Apple Watch since new update

Since the latest update I can no longer swipe to switch to a different face

watchOS 10 changed the way you can "switch watch faces."

Choose a different watch face

Touch and hold the watch face, swipe to the one you want, then tap it.
