What if I have the iso upgrade but still cannot see find my Apple TV remote

I have all the tv and my iPhone upgraded to iso 17.1 but still can not see the find your Apple TV remote under the control center remote section

The Find button in the software remote only shows if you have a Siri Remote (2nd generation or later) with updated firmware 0x83 (part of tvOS 17, but the remote must be receptacle for updating: connected, idle and charged enough).


The Find button in the software remote can then be revealed by (re-)selecting the Apple TV box from the top drop-down menu. It isn’t visible all the time.
