How do I stop my picture from showing up on the recipients phone when I make a call? I have a iPhone 13

Do you have iOS 17 installed? You might have shared your contact photo and poster. See Add or edit your contact info and photo on iPhone - Apple Support and the "Share your name and photo" section in Set up Messages on iPhone - Apple Support.
