How to unlock and close a locked apple cash account??

i used to love iphones. then one day almost 2 yrs ago now my account for my apple cash got locked for no reason whatsoever. i had a good amount of money on it and i still to this day havent been able to get my money off of it and close the account all together. i went thru the steps and verified my ID with no luck. called support and they didnt help at all. at the time i had my bank and everything linked to my iphone. i had all my cards linked. i am the said person the account belonged too. support told me i was basically screwed and they refused to unlock the account. it was so disheartening that as soon as i paid the phone off i immediately switched to an android. i used apple for sooo long and loved it but when it comes to my hard earned money being locked up without anyway of retrieving it i had to say goodbye. so now the irony is my computer is a mac. smh..i seen the balance in my apple cash from my mac but i cant manage the wallet from this computer. how can i get my balance and close the account all together? is it possible?? its not a small amount of money or i wouldnt even care. but at the time of losing it i was in an EXTREME pinch. i couldnt even afford to give my kids lunch money it was so bad. any help would be great. like i said, ive moved on from iphone but i just cant forget about them not giving me my funds back even until now. i could really use it too with christmas coming.
