Well originally it start with macOS Monterey keep prompt a "volume has a hash mismatch" error, then it start to crash into the black error screen very often.

So I did perform a disk first-aid, resetting SMC but issue still persist.
Then I backup my files, erase the drive and install a fresh copy of macOS Sonoma, this time it no going goes into the black crash screen but instead screen freeze every randomly.

Now I erase everything again and install a fresh copy of macOS Ventura and the screen still keep freezing very randomly and also frequently.

Not sure what exactly the issue it.

Sounds suspiciously like a hardware failure...
