Hello all! I’m having a weird problem, I just replaced my broken XR with a 13 pro, however when I try to connect my phone to my laptop (running Windows 7 and iTunes 12.10.11) the computer doesn’t see it at all, it doesn’t charge it doesn’t show up in iTunes or anywhere else on the pc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes (completely with all the services) and still nothing. Anyone experience this and find a solution?

It should work; Windows 7 and iTunes 12.10.10 or higher are supported versions for the iPhone 13. The most common cause of failure to connect is either you have VPN enabled on your PC or your antivirus/firewall is blocking it, so start troubleshooting there.
AVG is an antivirus/firewall. Try disabling it or uninstalling it. There may also be settings in it for USB connections.
And something else to check in iTunes. Open iTunes settings, Advanced panel, and click Reset Warnings.
I thought about that too.. but I don’t have a VPN and also my antivirus I uninstalled it and installed AVG… what would I check in the antivirus??
Ok I’ll check that out thanks… if avg isn’t blocking it, would there be something in windows I’d need to fix? The weird thing is my XR never had this issue… thank a lot for the help!
