Apple Watch issues playing music on AirPods Pro

Make sure you're playing music from the "library" section in Apple Music on the Apple Watch. Not the "from your iPhone" section.

If you tap the 3 dots with the phone in them, you should be able to choose your Watch to play music from.

A. Single-Out the iPhone:

What happens when you power off the iPhone? Does it then work off of the Apple Watch? If not, then you have yet to pair this.

I’d power the watch down and on again. Press and hold the side button till you see sliders. Then press the power button in the top right, then slide to power off. To power it on again, just press and hold the side button.

Getting Apple Watch to See AirPods:

Other than forgetting the device (your AirPods) on your iPhone, disable Bluetooth on your iPhone, if you have no other need for it.
