All new Apple products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. They also come with a 14 days of purchase offer to return them for either a full refund or a replacement.

You can double-check if this store is an official Apple Reseller here: Leia asukohad - Apple (EE)

I couldn't verify that they are, and chances are they sold you a used product. No new AirPods should already be configured with an Apple ID. That is something you do when you first set them up.

By "headphone" are you referring to an Apple AirPod, AirPod Pro, or AirPod Max?

Regardless, did you purchase this new directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? ... or from another third-party source?

If they are connected to another iCloud (Apple ID), then these are not new, but was owned by someone else, and they will not work for you until the original owner removes them from their ID.

When you pair a new set of AirPods, with your iPhone, they become associated with your Apple ID. You can also "see" them in the Find My app on your phone.

The one-year warranty starts when you purchase them directly from Apple. If you got it from a reseller, that warranty started when they purchased it from Apple.

The bottom line is that they SHOULD NOT already be associated with an Apple ID when you purchase them. Otherwise you were sold either a used pair or a fake Apple product.

I think I found this store in the reseller list. They sent me here and they do not solve all the problems that I indicated above. What should they do and what should I do in this case? After all, I’m unlikely to be able to prove that it wasn’t me who tied someone’s iCloud to the headphones. but all those functions also do not work, the model name in the phone does not match the real model name, etc. What should I do, they refuse to accept headphones and the repair did not provide answers to all these problems, since someone’s iCloud is linked
