I recorded video with Sony A7sIII and Ninja V with Codec Apple ProRes RAW, Linear PCM. On Finder there is sound. But not on FCPX, no matter if library or timeline. There aren't any audio Specs to see in the inspector.

Try trashing your FCP settings and relinking the file.
Maybe reset your FCP preferences. It seems to work as expected for me.
Can you upload a short clip to Dropbox or WeTransfer? The link will not appear in the forum but in notification emails.
How exactly are you importing it?
I plays normally in QuickTime?
I will assume that if you enable Waveforms for the Browser, you don't see any?

With Quicktime it plays well with sound

I was able to play it with QuickTime and had no problems loading it.
