There are 2 ways to reinstall iPhone, one is to do it by setting. The other one is done through using Mac connect iTunes.
Is there any difference between these two methods, and what is the 100%way to complete erase the iPhone.

That said, a jailbroken iPhone is susceptible to hacks. Is your phone jailbroken? If not the chances that your phone is hacked is probably around 0.0000001%
I don't think so. there is tremendous sources that claims that iPhone can be hacked.
No product that connect to the internet that cannot be hacked.
