Sidecar can’t connect wirelessly because your iPad’s Wi‑Fi is not available. To use Sidecar wirelessly, turn on Wi‑Fi and make sure it is not in use for Personal Hotspot.

Do what the instructions are telling you, connect your iPad to a wifi network and try again

I have the same issue. My iPad doesn’t have celular and no hotspot option. I am trying with cable, without cable, devices trust each other etc. I can’t make it work.
