Security updates. My phone is set to automatically update software and security updates but its not. And why am I getting updates for ios 16, ios 17

The current version of iOS for an iPhone 14 Pro is iOS 17.1.1.

And it appears my ios14Pro isn't automatically updating that information and/or clearing that security after its done updating on my iPhone.

Those versions are intended for your iPhone. The OS version is separate from the model number.
