iPad Air creaking noises

should I be worried about my brand new iPad Air 5 I bought today at the apple store for making creaking noises when I hold it in my hands? It feels like the aluminum casing is loose or something I don’t know. Also when touched slight firmly near the apple logo on the back, there are display “globs” that appear and are visible while operating on the iPad, should I go to Apple Store to get this checked out or put a case on it and hopefully it doesn’t bother me again?

If you purchased directly from Apple, you have 14-days within which to unconditionally return your device for exchange or refund.


If you have any concerns whatsoever - and are within 14-days of initial purchase - you would be best advised to make use of the opportunity to return for exchange while it is available to you - as otherwise you will be reliant upon remedy under warranty. After 14-days, Apple's warranty may instead replace the iPad with a reconditioned (i.e., not new) device of the same model/specification.


Depending upon your country/region, you may have additional statutory rights and remedies available to you.
