Only certain pdf's won't open or preview and there are some error messages. Other people can see the same PDF when I forward it. It isn't a cache issue or cookies issue. Already tried to change settings in gmail etc. Can't figure out why this is. iOS is up to date on the iPhonex and my Mac air (2015 model). PDF won't open on phone or Mac air.

It may also be the fact that Apple includes only the open source Adobe PDF reader with their system. When you install Adobe Acrobat Reader, a more advanced plugin is installed in browsers to be able to open and read the documents. You can also always Option key mouse click a PDF file link and open it directly from your Download folder with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
