The issue was in the title but close to where it plugs into my iPhone. There’s a weird bubble. Pictures describe this better…

Regardless, I would stop using it. Then take it to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them examine it and provide you with your options on getting it replaced.

The cable that came with my new iPhone has developed a weird bubble in it close to the end of the iPhone side
