Logic Pro on Monterey?

Hi Apple People: I want to put Logic Pro on an iMac (late 2015, 3.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, Monterey 12.7.1. When I go to the Apple Store link from the Software's page, a header tells me that Logic now requires 13.5 or later. But when I go to the actual software tech specs, from the SAME page, I find that the minimum (?) operating system requirement is 12.3 or later. WHICH IS TRUE?? This is very frustrating.

If I can't install the current version, can I buy an earlier version?

Earlier Mac models
