Remove shared with you suggestion from safari landing page

I’d like to remove shared with you suggestions from safari. I and many others DONT want that showing up in safari.

don’t you tell me to go to this article which is totally useless.

To turn off Safari prompts,

Go to Safari
Click the “Edit” button at the bottom of the screen
Turn off “Shared with You”

To get rid of all prompts,

Go to Settings
Scroll down to Messages
Click on “Shared with You”
Turn off Automatic Sharing

This is not helpful. No edit button exists.

and the edit actions does not offer this as a feature
