false advertising price of $699 for iphone 14 when add $30 if don't activate carrier to be $729. Furthermore, to get black friday gift card promotion of $75

For Black Friday through Cyber Monday, Apple had false advertising!

Apple advertised on their website various gift cards amounts for qualifying purchases of iphones. Iphone 14 was shown at a price of $699 with a $75 gift card. As you go through the purchase options, apple will add $30 to the cost of the phone yet if you activate with tmobile carrier now you save the $30 so the iphone price remains $699. Yet, if you activate the phone with the carrier to avoid this $30 charge, then the phone no longer qualifies for the $75 gift card with no note of this provided to the consumer (only stated in the fine print which you have to go back to the advertising page to read through and find this). If you don't activate the phone with a carrier, the $30 is added and the iphone price is now $729.

In reality and to be clear advertising to the consumer, the iphone 14 price is $729 to qualify for a $75 gift card. This is incorrectly and deceptively advertised to the consumer because you believe these decisions are independent and the gift card is provided whichever you choose to save the activation cost of $30 or not.

I have purchased a significant amount of apple products over many years and never before seen this deception. This issue has left me feeling robbed of the offer I expected as advertised.
