My family of 4 all uses the same apple ID, and after the update we are getting each others voicemails. How do I fix this?

My family of 4 shares the same apple ID, and since the last update we are all getting each other's voice mail. How do I fix this?

The only fix is to stop sharing the Apple ID. You may want to look into a Family Sharing plan that will allow you to share subscriptions and maintain separate ID's for each user.

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support


The Apple ID is a personal ID used for a single person. It should only be used on the devices for that person to share data. Apple has recommended that each family member should be using their own Apple ID.

Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support
