Outlook Notifications not showing preview on my iPhone, only "New Outlook Message"

I went thru a number of "helps" trying to figure this one out, but this one actually worked!!! :o)

Settings

Notifications

Outlook

Confirm "Allow Notifications" is ON

Confirm the "Alerts" you want are checked ON

Confirm the "Banner Style" you want is ON - Temporary or Persistent

Confirm "Badges" is ON

Confirm "Show Previews" is ON - Always (Default or Temporary)

Go back to Settings

General

Software Update

Confirm you have the latest update

Then reboot your phone. I left mine off for about 3 mins.... torture, I know ;o)

The notification previews are now showing up!
