saving pages documents
have document in pages and would like to save it to numbers

Pages documents are word processing, not spreadsheet documents, so there is no means to save or export a Pages document to a Numbers document. However, if you have a table that you created in Pages, you can select, copy, and then paste that table into an open Numbers spreadsheet.
Note that Pages tables do not have all of the features and formatting available to you in Numbers.
