I have noticed that my MacBook stopped uploading emails.
it is asking for password, but I lost it, and there is no "forgot password" or reset my password option.
How do I reset my password?

Did you use the Connection Doctor...
Use Connection Doctor in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
If necessary Mail>Settings>Accounts>ServerSettings ( for each account)
If you need to change a server pasword use your browser and initiate a password change there with your mail provider. Or use there call in support and verify there is no SMTP server issue, keeping you from sending (uploading) your email.
