How to cancel an apple subscription if I no longer have my old phone and no access to my old phone mumber?

Apple has been charging me apple pay bills for the past months, but I no longer have an iphone or access to my icloud account since it does not let me login without a verification code to my old number. I have tried by loging into find my and deactivate payments with that device through there since I saw it online. The problem is that I logged out from my account on the device and also reseted it, so it will not show on find my. Is there a way to stop apple from charging me for apple music?
