Focus Filters Not Working on Mac OS

Hi,

My Focus has a filter set to only show notifications from certain people. It works fine on my iPhone (iOS 16.7.2) but not on my MacBook (Ventura 13.16.1).

It is clear that a number of Apple users are experiencing this:
