Password page shows white screen after login page on ALL browsers?

Logging into bank website - have tried Safari and Chrome and Brave browsers. Login is fine, can click through all links on that page without a problem. As soon as I enter login, the next page pops up immediately with a white screen with Success! in the top left corner. I do not have a VPN running, nothing in the background and have not blocked pop up windows. I've tried to delete all the history, cache and cookies. I have no problems on a different computer, so it is not the login credentials. Service tech at the bank can't figure it out over the phone. Help?
