I can’t download applications on appstore

It says that my apple ID has not yet been used in iTunes store and when i clicked review and fill up the informations that were asked it will get declined and it says “please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction”

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support. Click the “request reactivation” link in: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
