Netflix and Hulu app on child’s phone

I want to download Netflix and Hulu on a child’s phone with age 4+ restrictions. Since those apps are for 12+ I cannot. Please allow a way for parents to approve certain apps that their child may not have access to per their age restriction.

Can't Download Spotify Due to Parental Controls My child just turned 12, and I wanted to upgrade them from Spotify Kids to the regular Spotify app. Since the app is rated 12+, I assumed there wouldn’t be any issues. However, when I try to download it on their phone, I get an error saying, "Due to restrictions set for this device, this app cannot be downloaded." I've double-checked the family settings, ensured the birthday is correct, and looked through various parental controls, but I can’t find what’s blocking it. Does anyone know where I might need to adjust the settings to allow the download?

Cannot download Spotify due to Family Settings My daughter recently turned 12, and I installed Spotify Kids on her phone. But now that she's 12, she wants Spotify. The age says 12+, and I have her birthday correct in family settings. However, when I go to download the app, it says - Due to restrictions set for this device, this app cannot be downloaded. I'm looked at a number of settings and cannot see to find when the restriction is. Help.
