I can't use my Apple ID payment method

If you previously defaulted on a payment to Apple with this card, Apple may no longer accept it as your account's payment method. I think you will need to provide a different payment method.

Apple doesn't view it that way. If you dispute a charge on a particular payment method with your bank, that payment method is forever burned.
