Apple Music Still Not Working After 17.1.2 Update

Anybody else still having issues with Apple Music on a Gen 6 Ipad? I still cannot play songs and even with the recent update, it’s actually worse this time around as before I was able to get in at least a bit and play about 6 songs before it would lock up. Is Apple aware of this still by any chance?

I have spent hours on the phone with Apple tech support over this. They have tried multiple things, even including a factory reset, turning permissions off/on, reloading the app…got to the point where it seemed to finally be working, and then the Music app, froze again, and locks up after only 2 x 3 songs. It is infuriating that the 17.1.2 update was not thoroughly evaluated before being sent out. I had NO problems before this update, and now the hundreds of $$ I’ve spent on iTunes and a very large personal music collection is unusable. Apple says they are aware and working on it, but so far ….
