No more manual option for Schooltime?

It appears that in the latest update, the feature where you can manually turn schooltime on for the Apple watch is gone. You can only use the schedule, and then turn it off temporarily if it's on, but can't manually turn it on if you want some undisturbed time. Is there a different feature that Apple wants us to use instead? Do Not Disturb is not quite what we are looking for. Being able to turn Schooltime on manually was great!

Single press oval side button to get to Control Center where schooltime button still resides.

That's what the documentation says - but the button is no longer there after the latest update. In fact, Schooltime didn't show up on the watch at all until I set a regular schedule on the watch interface that is on my phone. Once I set that up, Schooltime shows up in the settings, but there is no way to turn it on manually.
