How do Android users upload their photos to an Apple One Family Plan?

I have the Apple One Family plan. I have an iPhone so uploading my photos is seamless, but both my husband and son use Android phones -- is there a way for them to upload their photos to my iCloud account so that all of our photos are in one place? If not, is there any way for them to upload their photos into separate albums?

Share iCloud Photos without edit I don’t want to create a shared photo album on iCloud. I just want to allow family members to view and download any photos in my full photo collection on iCloud. I don’t want them editing or commenting etc, just the facility to see what they like and download them to their own iPhone or Mac and hence to their own iCloud account. This should be easy right?
