I installed the newest update this morning and now my Starkey hearing aids with Thrive app will no longer pair with my iphone. I have zero access to my hearing aids now. I can't adjust them, listen to phone calls, notifications, videos, etc. I've tried everything. I even tried deleting this update but there is no option to delete this one. Can someone please help?

When my husband updated his iPhone to the latest iOS, he had to go back into Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices to reconnect the hearing aids. He then had to open the app for his hearing aids and make some adjustments. Please try that. But since there are so many different brands of hearing aids, if this does not help, contact the manufacturer or the clinic/office that set them up for you originally.

Hi Carol, thank you but I’ve tried that. I’ll probably have to take the time from work to go to my hearing aid place but that should not have to happen. If I could remove the update that might make them work again too but unfortunately this update can’t be removed.
