Error Identifying a Writable Temporary Folder. Try Moving the archive to another volume.

"Error Identifying a Writable Temporary Folder. Try Moving the archive to another volume". I get the above error message when i try unzipping a file which i just downloaded and this isnt the first time i unzipping a file, i use a mac airbook, Mac Os Sonoma14.0 and when i tried this "sudo rm -rf /var/folders/*", i got ta long list of this error message on the terminal

rm: /var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n0000000000000/X: Operation not permitted

rm: /var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n0000000000000: Operation not permitted

rm: /var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n000011w00008g/0: Operation not permitted


Please help
