Google Workplace & Apple Mail

We recently switched over to Google Workspace at work. I have already setup my account on my iPhone and my iPad. The problem is there's a several month gap in my emails on both devices. It's almost like the Apple mail application is failing to pull all my emails over. Has anyone else had this problem?

As an example: from 2/17/23 - yesterday is missing.

If I login online with gmail to my workplace account they are all there.

Work Email Account doesn't load emails Hello, I have 5 email accounts on my MacBook Pro. I have Ventura 13.2.1. 3 Of the email accounts are gmail based. My work email for some reason does not load emails immediately on the MacBook. I can see them on my iPhone luckily when they come through, but when I look for them to popup in my email folder, they aren't there. It is weird because sometimes it is just new ones I am missing, and can see older ones that I have already opened, sometime all the emails are just missing and I have to close out of mail and reopen and it eventually shows them there. Just really annoying to have to do that all the time. Is there something I can do to fix this? Our @ is our company name .com. Thank you, From a not so tech savvy person.

Gmail time out issues / All old inbox emails not loading In the last week or two, having some real issues about Mail timeout issues on my two Gmail accounts. Also, the majority of my inbox emails are not showing. I can get new emails, but old ones not loading. Deleted and reinstalled accounts. Time out issues only on MacBook Pro, but old email issues appear on iPhone 14 Pro and iPad. Storage at Google Drive, not an issue. Way below max. Please help.
