My daughter is currently on our Family Sharing group. However, she wants to share her Apple Card with her wife, who isn't in our Family Sharing Group. Possible concerns about sharing everything with none immediate family members. Can my daughter set up her own Family Sharing Group AND be in our Family Sharing group at the same time?

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community for complications that can arise if you have multiple Apple IDs. Probably not a viable approach. It is also worth noting that you cannot switch between families more than once per year.
