AirPod 2nd gen
I have AirPod 2nd generation. Serial no: ***********. The case shows assembled in china and the earbuds says Vietnam. I’m confused. Kindly help.

Don't share serial numbers online! They're privacy sensitive information.

Also: I have checked my AirPods Pro First gen, and they are also stating Vietnam on the buds. Mine are 100% original cause I have bought them in an Apple Store. So I don't think you're having to worry about that.
